Elite Paint Home Renovations provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, tile installation, and brick masonry work in Macomb and Oakland County, Michigan. All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to a signed work agreement.
Free estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes, additional prep work is required, or material costs fluctuate. A written proposal will be provided before any work begins, and no work will commence without your written approval.
We stand behind our work with a written warranty on labor. Warranty details vary by project type and will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, extreme weather, structural issues, or improper maintenance by the property owner.
Payment schedules are outlined in each service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure your project date. Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction. We offer flexible financing options through Hearth Financing for qualified customers.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start. If work has already begun, you are responsible for payment of materials and labor up to the point of cancellation.
Elite Paint Home Renovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or defects not caused by our work.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Elite Paint Home Renovations and may not be reproduced without permission.
